Data processor(s)
At Lee Lee and the Bee I use several services to process, handle and store data.
I ensure that access to the data stored on these services is password protected and, where possible, also protected with two-factor identification.
As the data controller, I alone have the administrative capabilities within all these services to add and delete identifying data, should I be asked to do so.
Should a privacy breach occur on any of the services I utilise, you will be informed within 72 hours after I become aware of such a breach.
The services I use and how I use them are described below:
Matomo Analytics
What is it?
Matomo Analytics is a web tool used to analyse the actions a user takes on a website.
Matomo Analytics does not use third parties to collect or store data, instead the data is only collected and stored on the web server of the website you are visiting and is not accessible to anyone other than the site administrator (Lee Leplaw Deichmann).
What does it collect?
Matomo Analytics collects information about how you use my website. This includes how you came to my website (what links or keywords you used), how you interacted while on my website (what links and pages you visited and what forms you filled out) and how long you stayed.
The information Matomo Analytics collects is anonymised, which means I can’t see email addresses, full IP addresses or other identifying data in my reports.
How do I use it?
I use Matomo Analytics to help me analyse and improve my website and its functionality for my users and customers.
I also use it to analyse and improve the performance of paid campaigns I may run on online platforms such as Facebook or Instagram.
Your rights
Right to be forgotten
At any time, you have the right to request that any identifying data I have collected about you be deleted.
In these cases, I will permanently delete the requested data within 24 hours and send you a confirmation of the deletion.

Right to object
At any time, you have the right to object to the collection of identifying data about you by me or this website.

For example, if you are a contract customer and your billing address or email address changes, you can contact me to have this information updated.
